    Shipping & Delivery

    How long will delivery of my parcel take?

    Orders are dispatched for courier delivery or made available for collection only upon the completion of the entire order. Delivery timelines vary based on the chosen delivery method.

    Please pay attention when entering your delivery address. Purple Carrot does not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses or mistakes and there might be an additional cost and added delivery time should the couriers fail to deliver the parcel.

    For door-to-door delivery, the expected delivery times are as follows:

    • 1 to 3 working days for major areas such as Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Durban.
    • 3 to 5 working days for outlying and rural areas.

    An email with a tracking number will be sent following the collection of the order by the courier.

    Pargo Collection Centres :

    • 3 to 5 working days

    An email with a tracking number will be sent following the collection of the order by the Pargo courier.

    Collections:

    For collections directly from our store, the designated location is at 165 Orion Avenue, Waterkloof Pretoria Gauteng.

     

     

    How do I track my order status?

    Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for your order status to change. If you cannot track your order, please feel free to contact us on shop@purple-carrot.co.za. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
