These times are a guideline. Order processing starts the next business day after payment is confirmed, and your order's manufacturing time is set by the slowest item in it.
Manufacturing times
- Standard Designer Range items (no personalisation): 1 working day
- Personalised items with engraving only: 2 to 3 working days
- Name necklaces and other specially designed items: 12 to 14 working days
- Leather and vegan leather bags: 12 to 14 working days
Extended periods
Around Valentine's Day, Mother's and Father's Day, Christmas, and other peak times, demand can push these timelines out. We can't expedite orders or guarantee a delivery date during these periods, but we'll stay as close to schedule as possible and keep you updated.
A couple of things that can affect your timeline: we pause on public holidays, which can add a day's delay to orders placed around them; and if we need to check something on your order, we'll contact you straight away, the sooner you reply, the sooner it goes into production.
