Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 1 working day without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an order  is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered unless you have ordered a personalised engraving item with your own engraving. Then no cancellation or refund can be processed.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email shop@purple-carrot.co.za or phoning 087 941 3899

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items that have been personalized with a client's engraving or any name necklace type can unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your designer jewellery item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any faulty item that is returned more than 90 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be paid by EFT

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@purple-carrot.co.za.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@purple-carrot.co.za and send your item to: The Owl Brand Pty Ltd, 165 Orion Street, Waterkloof , Pretoria, Gauteng, 0083, South Africa.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Owl Brand Pty Ltd, 165 Orion Street, Waterkloof, Pretoria, Gauteng, 0083, South Africa

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
