How long will delivery take for this item 

Orders are dispatched for courier delivery or made available for collection only upon the completion of the entire order. Delivery timelines vary based on the chosen delivery method.

Please pay attention when entering your delivery address. Purple Carrot does not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses or mistakes and there might be an additional cost and added delivery time should the couriers fail to deliver the parcel.

For door-to-door delivery, the expected delivery times are as follows:

• 1 to 3 working days for major areas such as Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Durban.
• 3 to 5 working days for outlying and rural areas.

What type of plating is used for the Coloured Stainless Steel Items 

We make use of PVD plating

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating is an advanced surface coating technique that involves depositing thin layers of material onto a substrate using a vacuum environment, resulting in enhanced durability, corrosion resistance. 

Although Pvd is more durable than liquid plating in normal costume jewellery that turns black, there will be some colour change in Rosegold items due to the process. It will change to an old gold after a while.

Please note that color may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings

Will this item change colour

Because silver is the original color of stainless steel, it retains its shine.

This is also true for yellow gold and black finishes. 

Importantly, none of the colors will rust or cause blue or green discoloration on your skin.
