The best way is to measure the wrist just above the wrist bone, and then add 2 cm. Similar to the instructions above, the measuring tape should not be wound too tightly when taking the measurement.

If you are unable to measure the wrist (or it’s a gift for someone), here are a few rules to follow on this specific product:

16 cm = Fits the wrist of an average teenage boy or girl

19 cm = Fits the wrist of a smaller to medium sized man

 21 cm = Fits the wrist of a medium - large sized man
